Toyin Adepoju:

With B.Ed in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, one now knows why Toyin flows with style on radio. The current HOD, Programmes, SPLASH FM, foray into the electronic media world started from Radio Nigeria, Gateway 102.5 FM, Awka, Anambra State, where she was Announcer/Producer. She was also a freelance artiste cum presenter in Radio Nigeria, Premier 93.5FM, Dugbe, from 2002-2004 before joining Splash FM in 2007, where she handled programmes like Morning Splash, Girls Talk and Down the Aisle.

Some of Toyin’s programmes that have set her feet on the fast lane to fame include Singles Affairs, Heart Matters and You and the Police

Ronke Giwa

This is one of the Lagos big babes rocking Ibadan and its environ. Those who have seen Ronnie G, as she’s fondly called, wont dispute the fact that she is as sexy as she sounds on radio.

The acclaimed hottest female presenter in South West studied English at the Lagos State University after which she studied Music Performance and Production at the prestigious London Centre for Contemporary Music. The gifted voice over artist cum orator, anchors the breakfast show, ‘Morning Splash’.

Don T

Call him King of boys you may not be wrong, because Tony Rowland Awobode, a.k.a Don T, run things in Ibadan. With first degree from University of Ibadan and second degree in Mass Communication from Lead City University, Ibadan, no doubt Don is well read. The multiple awards -winning presenter is a professional broadcaster with almost 10 years experience. Midnight Show, Playlist and Bar Talk are some of the programmes that have earned Don T the needed fame on airwaves. The Regional Judge for MTN Project Fame is also an actor cum model and his love for power bike explains the reason he is the vice president of Bikers Club in Ibadan.

EDMUND OBILO

He is one of the big boys in Ibadan, though, the ace presenter was born in the city of Benin. With Bull’s Eye, his popular programme, Edmund has not only dined with the kings, but he has also rubbed shoulders with those who matter in the society and those who call the shots in the political terrain. Apart from Bull’s Eye, a three hours talk show that focuses on state of the nation and analyses of events, Village Square and Economic Searchlight are other programmes that have turned Edmund to a golden fish with no hidden place. He started broadcasting professionally with Radio Nigeria, Ibadan, before pitching tent with Splash FM.

Trained as Electrical and Electronic Engineer at the university and also took courses in Theatre Arts, Communication and Language Arts.

Jacobs Adeyemi

Yes, Jay Jay as the third child of the family of four is a Lagos breed but it is of interest to know that the Mass Communication graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic is fast becoming a household name in Ibadan. The 5 foot, 8 inches chubby-cheeked dude anchors the ‘Smooth Home Drive’ every evening from 5 to 10pm.

Tunde Olawuwo:

This is another graduate of Mass Communication with Splash FM. Tunde’s desire to make a difference among his peers is gathered to be the reason he settled for sports programme. The Ilora in Oyo state descendant anchors ‘Sports bang’ (Monday-Friday), ‘Just football’ (Wednesday evening) and World Sports (Saturdays)
