That the seasoned Yoruba actor, Taiwo Babatunde Hassanimage1
otherwise known as Ogogo is not a media faddist, is like stating the obvious as the movie hunk rarely get in the news without a reason or  convinced about the news platform.

However, Ogogo has disowned a media chat that was published on one of the Nigerian news websites (name withheld); where he was reported to have warned Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, to stop calling Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola popularly call YAYI, names because of political rivalry.

The news website claimed that Ogogo gave the warning while fielding questions with journalist during 2017 open ground Ramadan lecture at Asade Agunloye Pavilion Ground Empire, Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government Area, Ogun State.

Expressing his displeasure over the published interview, Ogogo said, “That is one of the reasons I rarely grant interviews. I hate it when journalist create a misconception, misquote me or put words into my mouth. I am a man of my words, not somebody that speak out of both sides of mouth.

I can never speak ill of Governor Amosun or challenge his authority though I’m a staunch supporter of YAYI, he’s like a brother to me and we are from the same Ilaro Yewa South Local Government of Ogun State. I wonder why the reporter didn’t publish the part where I revealed how I massively supported Governor Amosun during his campaign for the second term. It’s annoying, Journalists should stop digging for rift where there is none,” the veteran actor concluded.
